You can enter the DooWop Cafe chat room from here. There you can text chat with the host of the show that is on the air and other logged in listeners.
The #doowopcafe chat room was designed for access to Circe's Doo Wop Cafe and is open to anyone else who is listening to their webcast and wants to participate with the hosts and members. Membership is not required.

Go to http://www.doowopcafe.net/schedule.html to see who is on the air. Then listen to the program by clicking the appropriate audio link on http://www.doowopcafe.net/index2.html.
We are in chat for our Saturday show, 8-Midnight Eastern Time (0000-0400UTC Sundays), and whenever we fill in. We are also in the room at other random times when listening to other DJ's.
You must have JAVA from Sun Microsystems installed on your computer to use the web interface,
AND must click OK to download & run the Java software interface program when requested on the webpage.
After JAVA starts you will be connected to IRC chat channel #doowopcafe on irc.quakenet.org
If the program doesn't download, your firewall, browser options or router may be configured to stop active-x controls, pop-ups or downloads.
You will have to reconfigure any or all of them.

Please use or make up a nickname, if already a member of the Cafe, use your Yahoo handle.
Change it with the command /nick <nickname> on the input line after you have entered the chat room.
